Currently based in Las Vegas, Spencer Couture Collins is an American contemporary urban pop artist specializing in mediums such as acrylic, resin, and spray paint. His works are often inspired by his personal experiences in the hospitality and nightlife industries, seeking to reveal its patrons' ironic lifestyles with humor and satire. Over the years, Collins has collaborated with brands such as Sephora, McLaren, Don Julio 1942, Andaz Hotels, OMNIA Nightclub, and celebrities like The Chainsmokers and Drake.
Born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, Collins was intrigued by the world of graffiti and street art, first introduced to him through hip hop influences. He spent much of his childhood drawing and tagging, emulating his love for graffiti and curating his craft. After friends encouraged him to pursue his passion full-time, Collins debuted his first solo art show in 2016 at Andaz San Diego. In 2018, he opened a pop-up gallery at the Pendry Hotel in the Gaslamp District in Downtown San Diego, followed by various shows and exhibits in Southern California. Since then, he has opened a studio in Las Vegas and displays artwork inside multiple hotels such as ARIA Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip.
A true ode to his talent and love of art, Collins' real middle name, "Couture," was given to him in honor of his French Canadian great-grandmother. His moniker has since grown to become "Spencer Couture."
