Duties and Taxes
The customer is required to pay duties and taxes to claim the package, depending on your local customs office. We are unable to determine duties and taxes in advance, and are unable to control these additional charges. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.
As soon as your canvas ships, we will send you a confirmation email that includes expected delivery date. Please allow up to (10) business days to receive your tracking link to check your order status.
Each canvas has different size options but they all come with an expertly stretched bars roughly 1.5" and ready to hang!
I would definitely sizing up since most people always underestimate the true size on their wall.
Each canvas prints comes with the print itself and pre-installed hanging supplies for quick setup!

We use a pigment based ink to create vibrant reproductions that resist fading and scratches. Extremely sturdy wooden stretch bars to prevent saggy.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after it is delivered, you may return it within (10) business days upon arrival and receive a full refund for the price of the product. Depending on the size of the return Spray Couture reserves the right to charge a one-time restocking fee. Orders older than 10 days from time of arrival do not qualify for a refund or exchange. We will issue your refund within 12-48 hours of receiving the returned merchandise.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. Spray Couture does not supply pre-paid shipping materials for returns, or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees.

If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we offer a hassle-free replacement. Here's how:
1. Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).Attach your photos to an email and send them to email@example.com Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description.
2. You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your damaged replacement will be processed.
3. If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the refund or replacement based on the claim and automatically send out your replacement.
